OUR CAMPUS ENVIRONMENT: JÓZEFÓW

Located at: Henryka Sienkiewicza, 4 05-410 Józefów, Republic of Poland

The Józefów campus offers a calm and academic-focused environment surrounded by green areas and residential neighborhoods. Unlike large metropolitan campuses, WSGE provides a more personalized academic atmosphere with smaller class sizes and direct faculty interaction. Its proximity to Warsaw allows students to benefit from the economic, cultural, and professional opportunities of the capital city while studying in a quieter setting.

VISA AND RESIDENCE PERMIT

Visa Requirements

All incoming Erasmus Mundus students are responsible for managing their own visa applications.

Application Timing: Apply as early as possible due to processing times. Where to Apply: Polish embassy or consulate in your home country. Supporting Documents: Admission letter issued by WSGE. Passport Validity: Passport must remain valid throughout your intended stay.

EU/EEA citizens do not require a visa but may need to register residence.

Student Residence Permit

If your stay exceeds 90 days, you must apply for a temporary residence permit in Poland.

When to Apply: Immediately after arrival, within legal deadlines.

Where to Apply: Voivodeship Office (Urząd Wojewódzki) responsible for your region.
